Shipping Locations
We ship to eligible addresses within the United States , subject to carrier availability, destination restrictions, and applicable shipping requirements.
Order Processing
Orders are processed after payment verification and necessary order checks are completed. Orders placed on weekends or holidays generally begin processing on the next available business day.
Processing time is separate from delivery time. Expedited shipping does not necessarily shorten internal processing.

Customers may select optional shipping protection during checkout for additional coverage against qualifying lost shipments.
If shipping protection is not purchased, Sunline Aminos does not provide additional voluntary lost-shipment coverage beyond applicable legal obligations. Coverage and claim eligibility are subject to the terms presented at checkout.
Tracking & Delivery Updates
Tracking information may be provided after your order ships. Tracking updates can take time to appear after the shipping label is created.
Delivery delays may occur because of weather, carrier operations, holidays, remote locations, or other circumstances outside our control.
Shipping Addresses
Customers must provide a complete and accurate shipping address at checkout. Incorrect or incomplete addresses may cause delivery delays, failed deliveries, or additional shipping costs.
Please contact support promptly if an address correction is needed. Changes cannot be guaranteed after fulfillment has started.
Lost, Damaged & Missing Shipments
If your package is lost, damaged, or missing, please contact our support team with your order number, tracking details, and a description of the issue.
For damaged shipments, include clear photographs of the package, shipping label, and affected products. Claims will be reviewed according to the applicable shipping protection and refund policies, subject to legal requirements.
